Spud’s Plumbing is a licensed residential plumbing contractor based in Lexington, North Carolina.

Our services and service area
We focus on residential plumbing, including drain cleaning, sewer line repair and replacement, water heater repair, installation and replacement, water main repair and replacement, water filtration, and general residential plumbing.
We serve Lexington, Midway, Clemmons, Lewisville, Winston-Salem, High Point, Thomasville, Archdale, Trinity, Welcome, Wallburg, Southmont, Silver Valley, Denton, Churchland, and the surrounding parts of Davidson County and Forsyth County. If you are not sure whether we reach your address, please call.
We may decline or reschedule work that falls outside our service area, our licence, or our scope of practice.

Estimates, pricing, and scope
Any price, range, or timeframe shown on this website or given over the phone is indicative only and is not a binding quote. Prices depend on what we find on site.
The binding terms of your job are the ones set out in the written estimate, work authorisation, or invoice you receive from us and approve. Where anything on this website conflicts with that paperwork, the paperwork governs.
If we discover additional work is needed once we are on site, we will tell you and seek your approval before carrying it out, except where immediate action is needed to prevent injury or further damage.
Scheduling, access, and cancellations
Appointment windows are estimates. Emergency calls, permit inspections, parts availability, and traffic can move a scheduled time, and we will let you know as soon as we can.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to the property’s water shut-off, and to tell us about anything that affects safe working, such as pets, asbestos, prior damage, or the location of buried or concealed services.
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any notice period, trip charge, diagnostic fee, or deposit terms that apply to your job will be stated in your written estimate or invoice.
Payment
Payment is due on the terms stated in your estimate or invoice. You are responsible for the cost of work you authorised, including any additional work you approved.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship. The specific warranty for your job, including its length and what it covers, is stated in your written estimate, work authorisation, or invoice, together with any separate manufacturer warranty on parts and equipment we install.
Except as stated in that paperwork and as required by North Carolina law, we make no other warranties, express or implied. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, freezing, tree roots, ground movement, work by others, or conditions that existed before our visit and were outside the scope of what you authorised.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spud’s Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under North Carolina law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our responsibility for the plumbing work itself is governed by your written estimate or invoice, our licence, and applicable North Carolina law.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the Spud’s Plumbing name, is our property or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering or receiving our services. Please do not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission.
